Snowy morning commute in Lycoming County WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)- People in Central Pennsylvania were the first to see some snow Tuesday morning. It started just in time to hamper commuters on their way to school or work. The snow began around 5:00 am with just soft flurries, but quickly began accumulating.
