| We need to change the way we fill judicial vacancies in Pennsylvania Lancaster County's three-term district attorney, Republican Craig Stedman, will be recommended by two local Republican state senators to fill a county court vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Jay J. Hoberg. Stedman was selected Wednesday by state Sens. Ryan Aument and Scott Martin.
