| Winter Weather Advisory Issued with Snow on the Way The National Weather Service at State College has issued a winter weather advisory for 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday for portions of Central Pennsylvania, including all of Centre County. Snow is likely to begin in the early morning hours with 2 to 4 inches of accumulation possible, according to NWS.
