| Man Bilked Newtown Rental Center Out Of $1K: Police A Levittown man has been charged with theft of services after police say he failed to pay his tab at a Newtown rental store. According to police, William Francis Kane Jr., 42, rented more than $1,000 worth of products from Newtown Rental Center in May. He did not pay for the products used, police said.
