| 2 charged after dog found outside in the freezing cold A man and woman are facing charges after police say a dog was left in the freezing cold for hours. Officers in Steelton were dispatched on Dec. 31 to the 300 block of Lincoln Street for a report of animal cruelty. Officers found a Husky chained outside in 13-degree weather with no food, water, or shelter.
